Telephones were built for humans talking to humans. The whole system assumes both sides speak, pause, and listen the exact same way.
Now there are millions of AI agents on phone calls. The phone network handles the speaking and
listening just fine.
Where it fails is the silence.
The robot doesn't know if the human stopped talking, or just stopped to think. So it waits too long,
or it interrupts, and the call falls apart.
Telepath sits between the phone network and the AI. We speak both
languages.
We tell the robot exactly when the human is done. We tell the network exactly when the robot is
ready. And we measure every millisecond so when something goes wrong, you know exactly where and
why.
The phone network got us here, it just can't get us further.
That's where we come in.
